  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour Experiment with different spices in the flour for added flavor
  • 1 cup bang bang sauce Can be store-bought or homemade
  • to taste salt and pepper Season salmon pieces before breading

Preparation

  • Start by seasoning the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  • Set up a breading station with one bowl of flour, one bowl of beaten eggs, and another bowl of breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each piece of salmon in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the salmon bites in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • Toss the crispy salmon bites in bang bang sauce before serving.

Notes

These salmon bites can be served hot straight from the skillet. They are great with a side of rice or a fresh salad. You can serve them with extra bang bang sauce on the side for dipping. To store leftover bites, let them cool completely and place in an airtight container. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
