Ingredients

  • Ground beef, 1 lb
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup
  • Cream cheese (softened), 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder, 1 tsp
  • Onion powder, 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough, 1 can (16 oz)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Unsalted butter, for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown ground beef, draining excess grease
  • In a bowl, mix beef with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined
  • Roll biscuit dough into 1-inch thick sheet and cut into 8–10 circles
  • Place a beef-cheddar mixture ball in the center of each dough circle
  • Fold dough over to form a half-moon, crimp edges to seal
  • Place bombs on a baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top
  • Bake 13–15 minutes or until golden and puffed

Notes

For non-greasy filling, drain beef thoroughly after browning
Use 80/20 ground beef for optimal flavor and moisture
Parmesan can be substituted with fresh breadcrumbs for a different texture
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days
