  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Brighten the dish with color.
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced For a salty touch.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper evenly over the fillets.
  • Top with lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
