Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites

Marcus Laurent
These bite-sized creamy frozen yogurt cubes combine strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries (or blueberries) for a tart and fresh snack. Perfect for freezing in advance, the berry-filled yogurt is rich in vibrant antioxidants and stays soft enough to enjoy straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry yogurt, 12 ounces
  • Raspberries, 1/2 cup
  • Blackberries, 1/2 cup
  • Almond milk, 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cube trays, 1 standard tray

Instructions

  • Measure and rinse the raspberries and blackberries under cold water
  • Mix the yogurt and almond milk in a bowl until smooth
  • Gently mash the berries with a fork and fold them into the yogurt mixture
  • Pour the blend into ice cube trays, leaving slight spacing for expansion
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours to achieve firm texture
  • Pop the frozen bites out using a silicone tray or gently shake a metal tray
  • Allow them to sit 5 minutes to thaw slightly before serving

Notes

Use ripe berries for optimal flavor
Fresh berries work best; if using frozen, drain excess moisture after thawing
Silicone trays make release easier
For a milder flavor, substitute blueberries for blackberries
Adjust almond milk to achieve desired consistency (0.5 cup max)
Store in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn
