Ingredients
  

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour For the batter
  • 2 large eggs Large eggs for best results
  • 1.5 cups milk Whole milk is recommended
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter To enrich the batter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar For a hint of sweetness
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor

Filling and Toppings

  • Nutella As desired for spreading
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Choose your favorite varieties
  • Powdered sugar For serving, dust on top

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges lift, then flip and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serving

  • Spread Nutella on each crepe and top with fresh berries.
  • Fold or roll the crepes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Store leftover crepes in the refrigerator for 2-3 days with parchment paper in between to prevent sticking. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
