  • 1 can Canned white beans Drained and rinsed before use.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Or use any preferred cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for frying Vegetable or any neutral oil works well.

Fresh Toppings

  • 1 cup Lettuce, chopped Iceberg or romaine for crunch.
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced Use fresh tomatoes for best flavor.
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced Optional, for creaminess.

Seasoning

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mash the white beans and mix in buffalo hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Assembly
