Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full fat or 2% Use full-fat for a creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter Can substitute with almond or cashew butter.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Plus extra for topping if desired.
  • 1 pinch salt Optional.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt if using, making sure they are evenly distributed through the yogurt mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving a little space between each bite. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if you like.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
  • Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or freezer bag. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed straight from the freezer. You can eat them as a quick snack or dessert. Consider serving with fresh fruit for a more satisfying snack. For variations, add protein powder, swap chocolate chips for dark chocolate, or dried fruit for different flavors.
